1. Ringkasan
Tiada iklan. Tiada penjejakan. Tiada analitik pihak ketiga. Data tidak dijual. Kami hanya menyimpan apa yang perlu untuk log masuk ibu bapa dan menyimpan kemajuan permainan anak merentas peranti. Dasar ini mematuhi Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (PDPA) dan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi (Pindaan) 2024.
1. Summary
No ads. No tracking. No third-party analytics. Data is never sold. We keep only what is needed for parent sign-in and to save the child's game progress across devices. This policy follows the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the PDP (Amendment) Act 2024.

Profil anak dicipta dan diurus oleh ibu bapa. Kami menggalakkan nama panggilan, bukan nama penuh. Kami tidak mengumpul nama penuh, tarikh lahir, gambar, suara, lokasi, kenalan atau maklumat sekolah kanak-kanak. Lukisan dan gambar album dalam permainan kekal dalam peranti dan tidak dimuat naik.

Child profiles are created and managed by the parent. We encourage a nickname, not a full name. We do not collect children's full names, birth dates, photos, voices, location, contacts or school details. Drawings and album photos made in the games stay on the device and are never uploaded.
4. Penyimpanan dalam peranti
Perkhidmatan menyimpan tetapan dan kemajuan dalam storan pelayar (localStorage/IndexedDB) dan salinan fail permainan (service worker) supaya boleh dimain luar talian. Ini bukan kuki penjejakan dan boleh dipadam melalui tetapan pelayar.
4. On-device storage
The Service stores settings and progress in browser storage (localStorage/IndexedDB) and caches game files (service worker) so it works offline. These are not tracking cookies and can be cleared in browser settings.
5. Penyedia perkhidmatan (pemproses data)
- Google LLC — Firebase Authentication (log masuk; Amerika Syarikat / global).
- Google LLC — Cloud Firestore (kemajuan permainan; disimpan di rantau Singapura, asia-southeast1).
- Google LLC — Firebase Hosting & Google Fonts (menghantar fail aplikasi dan fon; alamat IP diproses untuk penghantaran).
Suara narator dijana lebih awal menggunakan Google Cloud Text-to-Speech; tiada data pengguna dihantar untuk tujuan ini. Pemindahan data ke luar Malaysia dibuat kepada penyedia yang mempunyai perlindungan setara, selaras dengan seksyen 129 PDPA (dipinda).
5. Service providers (data processors)
- Google LLC — Firebase Authentication (sign-in; United States / global).
- Google LLC — Cloud Firestore (game progress; stored in the Singapore region, asia-southeast1).
- Google LLC — Firebase Hosting & Google Fonts (deliver app files and fonts; IP address processed for delivery).
Narrator voices were generated in advance with Google Cloud Text-to-Speech; no user data is sent for this. Transfers outside Malaysia are made to providers with comparable safeguards, consistent with section 129 PDPA (as amended).
6. Perkongsian
Kami tidak menjual, menyewa atau berkongsi data anda untuk pemasaran. Data hanya didedahkan kepada pemproses di atas atau jika dikehendaki undang-undang.
6. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing. Data is disclosed only to the processors above or where required by law.
7. Tempoh simpanan
Data akaun dan kemajuan disimpan selagi akaun aktif. Selepas permintaan pemadaman disahkan, data dipadam dalam 30 hari. Jika akaun tidak digunakan selama 24 bulan, kami boleh memadamnya. Jika akses berbayar diperkenalkan, rekod transaksi akan disimpan 7 tahun seperti dikehendaki LHDN.
7. Retention
Account and progress data are kept while the account is active. After a verified deletion request, data is deleted within 30 days. Accounts unused for 24 months may be deleted. If paid access is introduced, transaction records will be kept for 7 years as required by LHDN (tax authority).
8. Keselamatan
Sambungan disulitkan (HTTPS). Peraturan pangkalan data membenarkan setiap akaun hanya membaca dan menulis data sendiri; medan akses tidak boleh diubah oleh pengguna. Jika berlaku pelanggaran data, kami akan memaklumkan Pesuruhjaya Perlindungan Data Peribadi dalam 72 jam dan memaklumkan anda tanpa kelewatan yang tidak wajar jika ia mungkin memudaratkan.
8. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Database rules let each account read and write only its own data; access fields cannot be changed by users. In a data breach we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner within 72 hours and notify you without undue delay where harm is likely.
9. Hak anda
Anda berhak untuk mengakses, membetulkan, memindahkan (kebolehpindahan data), menarik balik persetujuan dan meminta pemadaman data anda. Kami akan menjawab dalam 21 hari. Lihat halaman Hak Data & Pemadaman.

You may access, correct, port (data portability), withdraw consent and request deletion of your data. We respond within 21 days. See the Data Rights & Deletion page.
10. Perubahan dasar
Jika dasar ini berubah secara material, kami akan memaparkan notis dalam aplikasi dan meminta persetujuan semula bila perlu. Versi dan tarikh di atas menunjukkan kemas kini terkini.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will show a notice in the app and ask for consent again where needed. The version and date above show the latest update.
